The early registration deadline for registration & accommodation is May 31, 2025. Payment and registration must be completed by this date. Accommodation registration after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Accommodations will be in the concept of bed & breakfast.

During the conference, Hilton Mall of Istanbul Hotel will offer a rich variety of options with its open buffet breakfast
Certificate of Attendance
Will be presented by the organization secretariat during the congress.
Congress Bag
Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.
Programme & Abstract Book
The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area in a usb memory. *An additional book will not be published.
Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.
Coffee Breaks
Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.
Welcome Reception
An opening cocktail will be held at our congress.
Gala Dinner
At the closing of the congress, a gala dinner will be held with live music.

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully the general information and conditions:
- In case of cancellation until May 31 : Full refund
- May 31 -August 15, 2025: 50% refund
- After August 15, 2025: No refund
- All refunds will only be made after congress
- All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.
